Hey Admin !!! Looking at FB create an audience, it doesn’t appear that you can remarket to users based on engaging with an ad. You certainly can for users that engage with a video, but it’s unclear on FB if that’s a video ad or just an ad posted on a brand page. Can you confirm that an advertiser can remarket to users that engage with their ads?
